I have a Lexmark Color Jetprinter 1020 and I never have any problems with it. 
When I was using AF 4.0, it printed everything just fine. After downloading 
PAF 5.0, and adding alot more data, it will only print a blank form. If Salt 
Lake is working on a "fix" I guess I'll just have to be patient. I had 
thought about trying to get back to PAF 4.0 but decided I would lose too much 
data in the process, even if it could be done. Thank you for your input.
