[PAF] PAF 5.0

Why convert to PAF 5.0, when 4.0 works just fine?  Unless you need the
special ability to display foreign character sets, why bother?  Or is
there some special attribute I don't know about that no one can live
without?  As far as I'm concerned, PAF 4.0 is all I'll ever need.
