Go to WWW Dear Myrtle. When you get there,  find the 'How To Guide' Then 
Click on Finally Get Organized.  From there, Click on January Organization,  
That is where it tells how to set up the Binders.  I can find any person in 
just a few min.
As for the Doc. on the children, if they are married, they would be the head 
in the group sheet and their documents would go there. I hope I didn't 
confuse you.  If I did, you can write me back.  I will be up for a couple of 
hours.
