[PAF] Age-at-Death, PAF4

I was certain someone told me PAF 4 would give me an age-at-death report.

Someone else seems to remember it involved advance filtering.  I've 
looked and darn if I see a way to get this report.  

If it can be done, I'd appreciate instructions -- click by click, I'm afraid.
