[PAF] PAF5 Modified Register report problem

My PAF 5.0.1.10 does not process source references correctly when producing
a Modified Register report.      Only the first source is correct for any
given person.  All other superscripts for an individual is a one (1)  and
the other sources are not listed at all for that person.

It does work correctly for  Individual Summaries and Family Group reports.
In those reports the superscripts refer to the proper entries under the
Sources on the very same person where it doesn't work for Modified Register.

In summary, source references don't work in Modified Register but do work
fine in other reports where sources are referenced.

Has anyone else seen this problem or am I doing something wrong?
