This is caused by a defect in your printer driver.  Contact the manufacturer of your printer for an updated driver.

Hi there... Is anybody running PAF 5.0 without problems? I had installed it but could not print reports. So I'm back to 4.0 and all works well. 5.0 would print the blank forms and all the notes and "prepared by" info. It would not print the info as shown in the "print preview". Printer settings and Paf report settings were all default settings.
