I am not sure but I think that in Paf 4.0 when you do a gedcom and select 
partial, that the relationship filter " ALL ANCESTERAL RELATED" and "ALL 
DESCENDANT RELATED  will do that.  I know the All Ancestral Related picks 
up alot of them. but I checked in the help files when I did mine and couldn't find 
any exact definition for it.  Maybe someone else can tell us for sure if it gets all 
cousins of whatever degree
