Don't forget that you can export your data to a GEDCOM file for PAF 2.0 file,
Load it into PAF 2.0 and then run all the PAF 2.0 Utilities.  You have to then
use the results to update PAF 4.0 data with PAF 4.0.
There are quite a lot of utilities available.  Most of them work on the GEDCOM
file.
