Family Man--I couldn't reach you at your e-mail address. When I try to run
rdf.exe I get the message "Bad Message MP". I have tried every combination I
know to get around it--went to DOS and tried to run it; ran it from windows;
ran from PAF3, both within PAF3 and with a separate folder for PAF3 within
C:\PAF3. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Jeanne

Subject: [PAF] Splitting trees
I have been on PAF 3.0 for awhile now and like it. I have since
discovered another one of my lines to be bogus. I already have
another bogus line in my data that I have already disconnected from,
but the data is still in my file and I would like to whittle off
these two family trees. Since I have done some research on these
bogus lines, I would like to preserve the data, but in another file.
I tried doing a focus list of all ancestors of myself, but then that
file didn't include my cousins, my sister's children, etc. Is there
another way?
